Were To Get A Nice Hair Barrette

I recently lost my favorite barrette. It had the FDS system, Made in France, and a modern tortouse shell matt style.

 

Where do I go to get another one please in Pacific Grove, Carmel, or Monterey?

 

FDS system is a rubber gasket on the clip to keep your hair from breaking.
